SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 days upon placing the order. Orders received after 2pm on Friday thru Sunday, will be treated as if received on Monday. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm PST, excluding Holidays.

We offer several shipping options designed to meet a variety of needs. All UPS shipping options include online package tracking capability. The tracking number is attached to your order when it ship. NOTE THAT UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX - CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS.

USPS Priority:

Priority shipments are sent United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service. Priority mail with delivery confirmation does have order tracking and is included added on each priority mail shipment. It does permit delivery to a P.O. box or to your mailbox. Postal delivery time is normally 2-3 days, but can be longer.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL:

Express Mail® is the USPS fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or merchandise. Postal delivery time is normally 1 day, but may be two days depending on your location.

***Delivery to MOST addresses in the US including PO Boxes and military addresses. *** Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
UPS Ground: Contiguous U. S. Only. Shipping Time: 1-6 business days

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii.

3 Day Select Residential: Contiguous U. S. Only. Shipping Time: 3 business days.

2nd Day Air: Contiguous U.S. Only. Shipping Time: 2 business days.

Next Day Air: Contiguous U.S. Only Shipping Time: 1 business day.

Please note that we try to ship all Next Day Air the same day if received prior to 9am PST, orders received after by 9am may be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be treated as if received on Monday. Saturday pickup and deliveries are an extra charge and must be specifically requested in the Comments Section of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer, or international money order.

International orders shipping options:

Global Priority Mail flat rate of $15.00. Delivery 15-20 days. Priority handling with no insurance, no guarantees, and customer assumes risk of lost packages. Not available for orders of $200 or more, if chosen shipping will be changed UPS Expedited when processed.
UPS Expedited & Express, rate begins at $30, customer will be charged actual cost. Delivery 3-5 days. Includes insurance, tracking and guaranteed delivery time.

CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT DUTIES: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: if you wish to know shipping charges or alternative methods to the shipping method you select, please specify in the "COMMENTS" section of the order form, upon checkout, for us to contact you prior to shipping out your package.
